intake sprockets. I have the non VTC JUN intake cam sprockets and I lost bottom end response with them. On a V- engine, one engine bank can be out of synch with the other cylinder bank. Hence the need to sychronize the cam timing with adjustables. On an inline engine with a single head, that is not an issue.
